HydroLid Monthly Giveaway Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

This Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by HydroLid (“Sponsor”), located at:

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

A new Giveaway begins on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM PST and ends on the last day of that same month at 11:59 PM PST (each a “Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside of the applicable monthly Promotion Period will not be eligible for that month’s drawing.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Standard Entry

Participants may enter by completing the entry form on www.hydrolid.com and providing a valid email address.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Required by Law

To enter without making a purchase, participants may email support@hydrolid.com with a request to be entered into the monthly drawing. The email must include the participant’s full name and clearly state the month for which they are requesting entry.

Example: “Please enter me into the [Month] HydroLid Giveaway.”

Important:

  • No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
  • A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

5. ENTRY LIMITS

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per monthly Promotion Period.

Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

6. PRIZE(S)

Each monthly prize package includes:

  • One (1) backpack
  • One (1) HydroLid kit
  • One (1) water bottle

Specific brands, models, and variations of the backpack, HydroLid kit, and water bottle may vary each month at Sponsor’s discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each monthly prize: $150–$200 USD

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Winner(s) will be selected at random at the beginning of each month from all eligible entries received during the previous month’s Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

Winner(s) may be required to:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Complete and return any required documentation

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

14. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California.

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the courts of California.

15. COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LAW

This Promotion is a lawful sweepstakes and not a lottery because it does not require consideration (payment). Sponsor provides a free method of entry as required under California law.
